Mother’s Day

This Sunday is Mother’s Day. At the farm, it is one of the busiest weeks of the year. We have product arriving in from all over the country supplied by New Zealand’s best growers. Our truck is making lots of trips picking up from the couriers and delivering product to all of our local florists, just in time for the big day. And of course “spud” doesn’t miss an opportunity to check out whats happening around town!

Our flower of the month is the “chrysanthamum”. A traditional Mother’s Day flower. When you see the range of colours and the fact that they are one of the best lasters, it’s not hard to understand why.

So we hope all you mum’s out there have a fabulous day on Sunday, and you get a chance to “stop and smell the flowers”.
